So, last time, someone sent out a ~~complaint~~ concern about Castiel's preferred reading, and poor Cas didn't know what to do, so he filed a complaint of his own.

To whom it may concern,

Due to certain differences with my allocated partner I would like to apply for a relocation. It would be best if you could allocate me to a different sector or at least appoint me to a different co-worker. I fear that my work situation is compromising my integrity.
Lately it became increasingly difficult to focus on my duties as a messenger of the Lord (as appointed recently and contrary to my initial application as warrior). This may be due to personal differences but I still fear that unless the overall situation improves, I will not be able to fulfil my duties to the extent I would like to.
Moreover, I feel that it is unnecessary that my partner’s supervision extents to personal areas. It came to my attention that a complaint was filed regarding the way I chose to spend my spare time. I find this kind of meddling troublesome.

I would be very grateful if you could help me in this matter.

We regret to inform you that we cannot agree to a relocation. You are very well settled within your sector and we strongly believe that remaining there will be very rewarding for your personal growth. Often we have witnessed adversaries becoming friends, and I'm sure that will happen in your case. While I do not know the nature of your differences, I'm sure you will be able to settle them on your own, and I'm certain that you will overcome your initial reaction to the concern filed by your follow angel. Please regard this not as a reprimand but a pointer for rectification. After consulting the file, I must advice you to at least consult the books offered for your progress; they were carefully picked by the Highest Order, and we believe they will be beneficial.

I know you wished for a different answer, but I'm certain that what you experience now is simply a crisis of faith, a lack of seeing what good you can do in your position.
Remember, some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.
