The joke I made about pleurisy? Yeah. I'm on antibiotics now. :(
So i saved the most requested top five for the season finale... Top five things to cook... This is a very hard one to narrow to top five.. Here are some things or ideas I cook alot.... and thanx to everyone for a great first season and so much more to come... Wish I could make these for all of you to show our appreciation..
Main:
5. Pan Grilled Burritos (regular fresh hand-made burritos are so much better when seared in butter and browned)
4. King Crab Leg Boil w/ Jalapeno Garlic butter (including Corn-on-the-cob, Red Potatoes, Onions and Okra)
3. Pepperoni Chicken w/ Red Wine Tomato sauce
2. Purple Pizza (I created a sauce with a sweeter base and it is known for being purple cause I add a can of crushed Black Olives)
1. Rattlesnake Steak (a Blue Cheese, Jalapeno, Bacon, and Green Onion stuffed Filet Mignon) recently featured in Country Weekly magazine.
Sides:
5. Curry Rice w/ Raisins (great with just simple chicken or steak)
4. Canned Ranch Style Beans... I grew up on these
3. Blue Cheese and Bacon twice-baked potato (bake em, shell em, mixed the ingredients put back in skins and bake again)
2. Olive Oil and Pepper pan-seared veggies (Squash, Zucc, two different Mushrooms, Onions-Onions-Onions, and Garlic)
1. Lemon Garlic and Feta Sauteed Spinach
Apps:
5. Oven Broiled Nachos
4. Fried Crawfish Bites with Tabasco Aioli Dip
3. Fried Okra with Habanero Mayo
2. Grilled Artichoke with Aioli
1. Special Occasions (Nothin kicks off your tastebuds like an assortment of fine cheese, crackers, Caviar and a fine Argentine Malbec Wine.)
Deserts:
I don't bake... so anything at my mommas house...
Man, I should have my own cooking show... I'm hungry now so I'm gonna go cook.. Once again thanx so much..
I love that boy.
Also?

Oh, Steve. <3! He's working on the new album now, and I honestly can't wait!
