Um, privated the last entry, because after ranting, I felt better and silly about ranting. Hey, no harm, no foul, right? Sorry bout that.
Now:
I'm so excited about this show, it's unbelievable! It continues to be fabulous. I suspected the first part of the two part finale to be highly emotional, up to the point of really wrecking damage within the team, and boy, did it look like I was right. There are some pretty awesome writers at work for this show, and whenever I foresee some plot development, they hit me with something I did not see coming, which is so immensely pleasing, I don't even have words for it.
Hence, on with the caps. (As always, clip for bigger.)

Yes, I'm starting with Nate. It's a first, I know, but this opening scene was set up so perfectly.

They have notes. And are so determined, it breaks my heart a little. They have come a long way since the pilot.

That curderoy shirt on Eliot? Yeah.

"You don't need rehab." "You need revenge." Hell, yeah. Show, ILU, and I totally was spoilt for this scene in the previews.

This might be the same two caps I made from the preview, but seriously? Hires, baby. That's my excuse for everything. Size does matter, just sayin.

With the. Yeah.

Professor Sinclair. Glasses, Ponytail, Tux. I approve.

"That is one sick security system." PARKER'S FACE!

Couldn't decide on a cap here. Because the first one has handporn. And the second's just. Hey, I used to be coherent and capable of forming complete sentences.

This is Eliot going "Oh shit, wha?"

I love the little headshake he does here. The "oh, look, nothing happened, I swear! We didn't even... look, man." shake.

"That's a mighty fine grip you have there, Mr Ford." It's the crunchy handshake grip of jealousy! Aw, Nate, you're not really subtle when drunk.

Sophie slipping out of character for a sigh of "She's pretty."

That's right, baby, sell it. Quick, before someone gets the idea of asking Nate's ex-wife... oh, damnit.

He looks so uncomfortable here. And tiny. What's with that? Uh, Eliot, what I said about size? That was pic talk, only. Um, call me?

Yeah, so the ex-wife is onboard for the appraisal.

No one's happy. Except for Parker, because she gets to steal the real deal.

He turns the David around! I love this show. SO MUCH.

Pretend I'm saying something sensible, deep and coherent here, mmkay?

Holy... I'm doing the type delete dance here, y'all. I have such a thing for blondes, I know I'm shallow but look at her in that dress! That... it works even better than the flight attendant outfit, and boy, that was cute already. Shutting up now.

Parker and Alec pretend to make out, whith their coms on, so we get Eliot's and Nate's reaction. Heh.

Heheh. <3

"Can we talk about the pretending? That was... nice." "Can we talk about what just happened?" <3

"Which one of you did she kiss?" Oh, Eliot. Hahaha. <3

Parker is so happy about the stolen David! <3

*insert random noise caused by that smile*

*squeaks* Is that the flight attendant's uniform? Hee!

I love this shot. I love this shot so much.

Slight smile...

Aaand sold to the evil!guy with the slightly greedy gleam in his eye.

You know, that went almost too smooth.

"He wouldn't have had believed a handshake."

Crap! I forgot about the fight scene! See? That's the kinda ride this show takes me on, I forgot about the fight scene. And considering the behind the scenes clip I saw, it's going to be a great one! I can't believe I forgot about the fight scene...

And he loses his ear piece and can't warn the others! *flails about* I actually went "oh no no no" at that because normally when that happens? The team gets broken in the worst of ways.

Ouch.

Crap crap, that fight scene!

Oh, no, look behind you!

He's. Yeah. That fight was awesome.

Oh, poor Hardison.

Love that shot. Again. We get some awesome shots on this show. Very nice.

It's evil!Nate. But again, with the shots.

Oh, the betrayal. That's what I meant by breaking the team.

Oh, Nate.

The shots. They are so awesome.

You can make your own bondage remark here. I'm too drawn into the story. Consider it a gift.

My first thought: Oh, fuck, he looks pissed. My second: Wait, broken ribs, how will he...

"Four guys?" <3 ILU, show.

"What would Parker do?"

This? WAS AWESOME! I wondered about Sophie's flat heels, but not enough to suspect anything. HEE. (I even forgive the fact that you cannot see the rope before they jump off the roof, because this is about what the members of the team taught each other. And not about petty things like why did no one notice the rope before.)

"Six guys?" "And then I thought, what would Hardison do?" And and Eliot uses the remote to broadcast a real nasty frequency to the bad guys' headphones and they all fight. YES!

I just... I have so much love for this show.

And then they blow up Leverage HQ. What? I liked those HQ! *sadface*

Is it next week now?
Again, I went way over the top with caps, so yeah, spoilers, but this time, you also get Nate, Parker and Sophie! Let me repeat: This show is so awesome. I really can't pimp it enough. The Mentalist was really high on my list of favorite new shows this year, but Leverage wins. It has everything a good show needs, awesome characters, action, fun and fabulous scripts. Oh, the love!
Next week is the second part of the finale and then, coming up in June, second season!
Have another Chris interview in the meantime.
