Can you actually feel grey? Because that's what I feel like. Outside there's grey sky, grey trees, grey everything. It's cold and the rain drizzles slow and lazily. I bet he wants to be someplace warmer too.

So I thought it may be time for another round of slighty esoteric exercises. Who's with me?

This is called: November Cure or How to survive grey days

If you decide to do this, follow the instructions. There may be things that seem funny to you. Humour me and try to do them nevertheless. There in there for a reason.

Okay, here we go. First, go and make yourself your favorite hot chocolate/ cocoa/ tea/ coffee/ hot drink of your choice. Go! I mean it. Make yourself a nice big mug. Don't forget to take your favorite mug. Now go. Yes, I can wait.

So, everybody back? Good.

Get a piece of paper and a pen. Any paper will do. If you have a favorite pen, use it. It's about using your favorite things, not keeping them for sometime. Now sit down and make yourself comfy. I hope you're sitting somewhere where you can write without being afraid that someone might read it. You do? Great. All set?

Take a deep breath. Ah, that's refreshing.

Now SMILE. That's the easy part. Ah, what a nice smile. Smile smile. You already feel better, don't you? Or maybe you roll your eyes at me. Well, you can do that too, as long as you're smiling.

Now smile with your heart. It's easy- just imagine that your heart is smiling along with you. It's a gentle, honest smile. Your heart enjoys quiet moments, and it shows in its smile. Ah, feels good, doesn't it?

While you're smiling smell your drink. Mmm, yummy. You can have a sip whenever you like.

Ah, you still haven't used the pen and paper. Normally you concentrate on things that bother you. (All people do to some extend.) But right now, you don't want to. Instead write down at least 5 Things you are grateful for. Go on, write yours down! Mine are here )

You can write as many as you like.

How do you feel now? If you don't feel better, email me. I know I always feel better after this little exercise. It's good to list things that you are grateful for.

Thanks for your attention.

*hugs*
