Jul. 31st, 2003 09:31 pmSo, yeah. Yesterday I found out that ROTK is probably going to kill me. I need to go to my first screening with friends, just in case I die and somebody needs to drag my corpse out of the theatre. *phew*
In other news, I bought a router today. A tad more expensive than I had bargained for, but everything's just working fine now. No more sudden network break downs, no more network hassle, no more being offline for ages because my old hub died a slow and painful death.
The new one is less than half the size of my old one, and has tons of spiffy things, which I can all use for a change. I installed everything by myself, which makes me the technic geek of this household. Am still high on adrenaline, just because I made everything work again. Plus, I learned how to do new things with my PC, so yeah, am feeling very geeky.
Ah, the joys of technology that actually works!
