Brilliant! I missed this interview when it was on, so *YAY* Fortunatly for me, I'm danish, so I understand every word of it! ;)
He cracks me up when he speaks danish. *lol*no subject
Um, is his Danish really so unusual? I think I remember someone saying it sounded americanised? Not that I can tell the difference... *facepalm*

It's the fact that he's actually speaking danish. I mean, here you have the actor who played Aragorn in LotR ect. and he actually speaks the same language as me. *lol* I mean he's a big "Hollywood" actor, and he speaks danish. That's very unusual. I can't really explain it, it's just funny to me.
I know it sounds retarded, but it just seems so strange to me. *grin*
Anyway, eventhou' he only half-danish, the danes are very supportive of him. The media here always refer to him as "our" Viggo Mortensen *lol*

And I like it that the Danes refer to him as "their Viggo". That is so cute! :D And I think, he likes it very much. :)

(I personally have studied English, German, Italian and Latin, but I only speak German and English (and Danish, of course) *lol* never learned to speak propper Italian or latin.)) Heh.

And, wow, you sure know a lot of languages! I'm very impressed. I can only speak two fluently and go by several other, but I don't do well.

Dude you should so not be impressed, when you yourself speak two fluently etc.

Ta! I only wish I could speak more. As I said, people who are firm in several languages impress me :)
