No backward glances or second thoughts*
I wanted to post some more audio clips of Viggo's poetry, but
vegetariansushi said: Hey, you just have to post some clips of yourself reading your poems! And I squeed a bit but then said, no no I couldn't do that.
I talked to Silme, who said: Dude, you absolutely have to. Why not?
Yeah. Why not? So I recorded some. I recorded me reading my poems and then me reading some of my favorite Viggo poems. My voice sounds strange. I probably pronounce some words wrongly, but that's what happens if you use words you can write but hardly use in spoken language. Figures. That's so me.
I still think I have a funny voice. I wish it was ha-ha-funny, but it's just funny-funny.
But here you go, right-click-save. *facepalm*

also, I owe you other comments, but i'm not sure that I'm going to get around to it tonight, as it's already six a.m. and the baby will be waking in a few hours and I feel like I should maybe try and sleep at some point, you know?

You're making me blush. It's the first time I posted clips of myself, and I was kind of nervous (yeah, kind of, that's a huge understatement).
I was madly in love when this audio post thingy started and I could hear LJ people for the first time. I listened to every single post. I love to listen to people's voices. Oh, and don't get me started on accents!
You're too kind to me! *smooches* And eeeeep.
Go get some sleep, hon. I'll squee a bit over your lovely comments!
*kisses*

I'm not at all kind, I'm actually fairly cynical and bitchy. But I like you, and you're clever, and have a pretty voice. So there.

And I like you too *grins* No really, but imagining you bitchy right now doesn't work for me. I can be bitchy sometimes too. But I see you as very kind and cute and lovable and beautiful!

You're so nice, with the not being able to see me as a bitch. I assure you that I certainly can be, just not to people that I like. And I like you.

And I so like your plan. Tell me what kind of poems you'll get! It's a great idea to make a CD. People who don't write can read their favorite poems. Speaking of which, I'm sitting here with poetry books. I asked my hubby, he will help me record some more poems! Woot! I already chose four books to read from. I didn't know I had so many favorite poems.
Get more people to read poems! I want to hear about the results!

Whee! Your hubby's nice. We like him. Tell him thanks for me, because I'm so so pleased about this.

You have to keep me updated with your project! Because, mmm, read poetry and stuff.
*hugs*

If the project works, I'll eventually post a link to everyone who did it, and their soundfile and all that. Promise.

I love your voice ever since I know you
and now I can hear it all the time we don't see each other.
You have a beautiful voice.
I'm happy that finally someone other than me also thinks that you have a wonderful voice.
Thanks vegetariansushi
