So, LJ wants to become more Myspace-ish? Not on, LJ, not on. And apparently LJ thinks we're all teens. Um no. Not exactly, no.

So, I'm pimping this poll. There is also this petition against planned changes in the LJ interface. Please have a look at both and consider participating.

Don't get me started on the planned changes for the user info. *makes face*

Also, wtf is this whole "we're going to build a nice new site for all the older folks" talk about? I don't want to move somewhere else. That's why I got a permanent account in the first place.

SixApart will launch Vox (http://www.sixapart.com/vox/) later this year, a new blogging service that targets an audience from twentysomething up since LJ feels that it's target audience is "teens and mid-twenties."

I read quotes that SixApart suggests that bloggers who are older than 25 will be happier at Vox since it is their ideal blogging environment. (Whatever that means!)

Feh I say. I like it here!
